These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Erome platform (“Erome”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using https://eromeofficial.ca, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to access or post content on Erome. By using the platform, you confirm you meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Registration
To upload, manage, or protect your content, you may register an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login
- Accept full responsibility for any activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Content Ownership & Licensing
All uploaded content remains the intellectual property of the uploader. Erome does not claim ownership. However, by uploading, you grant Erome a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your content within the platform and for internal promotion unless made private.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- You own or have rights to all uploaded media
- No third-party copyright, likeness, or trademark is violated
- You do not upload content prohibited under Section 6
4. Content Guidelines
Erome supports a wide range of creative expression including:
- Lifestyle media
- Behind-the-scenes footage
- Cosplay and alternative fashion
- Artistic photography and video
We do not allow content that includes or promotes:
- Minors (under 18)
- Non-consensual recordings
- Harmful or exploitative behavior
- Violence or illegal activity
- Spam, malware, or phishing links
Content flagged for violations may be removed without notice, and accounts may be suspended.
5. Viewer Privacy
Erome does not require viewers to register for access to public albums. We do not track personal data for advertising or analytics. Anonymous viewing is permitted where legally allowed.
6. Restricted Use
Users may not:
- Reverse-engineer the platform
- Attempt to access private albums without permission
- Upload content that violates applicable Canadian law, PIPEDA, or regional statutes
- Share login details with third parties
Erome reserves the right to limit access for users who abuse platform features or circumvent protections.
7. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted without authorization, please submit a copyright complaint to [email protected] with:
- Your name and contact details
- A description of the copyrighted material
- The direct URL of the allegedly infringing content
- A signed statement asserting good faith belief and rights ownership
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms or any local law
- Your activity endangers platform integrity
- Legal authorities request it under court order
Upon termination, all content and metadata associated with your account will be deleted within 72 hours.
9. Modifications
Erome may update these Terms to reflect:
- Legal changes
- New platform features
- Community or operational needs
We’ll notify users of material changes via email or platform announcement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, specifically within the province of Ontario. Any legal dispute will be subject to jurisdiction in Ottawa, Ontario.
